Each year, 275,000 Rebuilding Together volunteers in towns and cities all over America tackle the sagging roofs, leaky pipes, shaky railings, peeling paint, and rotting steps that plague low-income homeowners who don’t have the means to fix these problems.

Using materials, supplies, and equipment donated by national corporate sponsors and local civic-minded businesses, volunteers transform entire neighborhoods. Our goal: to assure that these homeowners — especially families with children or those who are elderly or disabled — live in warmth, safety, and independence.

And in the process, we transform lives.
